Join Brum Global Fusion to celebrate Birmingham, a vibrant city celebrated for its rich cultural diversity. According to the 2021 UK Census, approximately 69.4% of its residents identify as part of non-White ethnic groups, including Asian, Black, Mixed, Arab, and other backgrounds .
This multicultural tapestry is evident in community spaces like the Walsall Road allotments, where individuals from 14 different nationalities cultivate plots, fostering cross-cultural connections .
Birmingham’s inclusive spirit is further exemplified by initiatives such as the Neighbourhood Network Scheme, which supports local groups aiding older adults and individuals with additional needs . The area’s commitment to unity and diversity is a cornerstone of its community ethos.
